 CHALLENGE

Hilti had to transform their content from lengthy, recorded presentations to bite-sized microlearning segments that encouraged collaboration, networking, and social learning. Hilti had also recently implemented a new LMS that had a social media function and was eager to incorporate this new ability in their training programs.

 SOLUTION

Short animated and live action videos, peer discussion assignments, coach guides, and graphic organizers were used to bring the organization's story to life and share expertise among the staff. ansrsource also designed interactive activities that allowed learners to curate some of their own learning resources from the internet and within the content already existing at Hilti and share those resources with their learning cohorts.

 BENEFITS TO CUSTOMER

 The ansrsource solution placed an emphasis on building rapport between the facilitator and the learners and encouraged interaction between peers throughout the course.
 Through these activities, the goal of the training moved beyond the simple transfer of knowledge and focused on creating rich relationships among the Hilti team that would serve as a catalyst for further learning in the years to come.
