The Team
D.P (Darin) Narayana
Chairman
Darin plays a key role in overseeing our business development, relationship management, marketing and brand management efforts. Darin has 32 years of global banking experience dealing with multinational corporations and financial institutions. He recently retired from Bank One where he served as the President and CEO of Bank One International Corporation. In this capacity Darin was responsible for its Global Banking business (1996 to 2002).
Prior to joining Bank One, Darin was Executive Vice President of Norwest Corporation (since merged with Wells Fargo Bank) responsible for its World Banking Group, which included the Fortune 500 clients and other multinational corporations and global financial institutions. Areas that reported to Darin included product development, treasury management, investor services (stock transfer), marketing, operations and global sales teams (1970 to 1996).
Darin currently serves on several advisory boards including an Indian IT services outsourcer, an e-learning company and a trade finance company.
Darin is a past President of the Bankers Association of Trade and Finance, a member of the Advisory Board of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, an advisor to the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee headed by the late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, and received a commendation from President Bill Clinton. Darin has provided several testimonies to the U.S. Congress on matters of international trade, commerce and finance. Darin currently serves on the Global Advisory Council of the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Thomas W. Sisson
President
Tom leads our executive team and is directly involved in all aspects of delivering on our commitments to customers, staff and investors. Tom is an experienced global executive with more than thirty years of domestic and international management experience including being Executive Vice President of a Fortune 100 financial services firm, Associates First Capital, where he had overall responsibility for a number of corporate functions including human resources.
His work experience also includes managing consumer financial services businesses for Citibank in Chile, Greece, Italy, Hungary, and the United States. During his 19-year career with Citicorp/Citibank (now Citigroup) he also held several financial positions including Chief Financial Officer of Citibank's Latin American Consumer Business. He was one of the few consumer business managers at the time to also have lending authority as a Senior Credit Officer of the Global Consumer Business. He served as a key member of the Pan European Strategy task force and as business manager in Chile and Greece he took a leadership role in developing the global model branch, a cornerstone of the "Citibanking" strategy. In Greece, as a pilot country, he led one of the first full rollouts of "Citibanking, " achieving excellent consumer acceptance and outstanding financial results.
Most recently, as President of Sisson Consulting, he advised companies in Argentina, Chile and Central America. He was also an investor and served on the board of BST Consulting Group, S.A., a Chilean outsourcing company. In 2002 he began advising a publicly traded Indian IT services outsourcing firm. As part of this work he played a key role in the development of a U.S. advisory board to complement their marketing and business development efforts in the United States.
Aamod Wagh
Executive Vice President
Aamod serves as our Executive Vice President and is directly involved in managing and supporting all our strategic customer relationships in the USA. He is also the Managing Director for ANSR Source India where he is involved in the comprehensive management of all service deliveries through our nerve center in Bangalore, India.
Aamod has spent more than 25 years in various pioneering roles in the IT and BPO Services industry and has significant of experience in dealing with the outsourcing and offshoring issues faced by large corporations.
Prior to joining ANSR Source, Aamod was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the BPO division of Zensar Technologies (part of Fujitsu). He also spent a considerable number of years in Strategic Management positions with profit and loss responsibilities. His experience spans IT Consulting, IT Services, Strategic BPO initiatives and Analytics where he managed large globally distributed marketing and delivery teams. He also served as the Senior Vice President (EMEA) and Senior Vice President (APAC) while at Zensar Technologies, where he was responsible for establishing one of India's first IT JV's in China.
Aamod was also responsible for establishing India's first comprehensive eServices company with an online Payment Gateway for the LG Group, catering to the group's internal requirements as well as to the requirements of large corporate customers in the domestic Indian and international markets. As the CEO of the company, he was not only responsible for setting up the entire operations, but he was also responsible for maximizing enterprise valuations for the subsequent funding of the organization.
Aamod's mandate has always been to head initiatives with a global footprint, explore emerging technologies and markets, and evolve innovative (and sometimes disruptive) strategies for establishing a leadership position for customers.
