The client maintains the right to transition the entity to a wholly-owned Captive operation at the appropriate time. As with the Captive strategy, ANSR Source will assist with the strategy development, implementation, ongoing management and optimization of the entity. The CaptiveLITE PLUS model builds on the CaptiveLITE approach to include the establishment of a legal entity in India. ANSR Source will continue to assist with all elements of strategy development, implementation, and management of the subsidiary.
