History

ANSR Source emerged during a time when the variety of offshore outsourcing advantages were known and tested, although a major gap existed in organizations’ knowledge of how to optimize their offshore strategies. The ‘case’ for offshore outsourcing is compelling – one that provides enhanced economic benefits, value creation opportunities, access to better quality resources, enhanced productivity and quality of deliverables. At the same time, the management and governance of offshore operations requires commitment, management bandwidth and the ability to control the nuances of complex cross-border collaboration.

Recognizing the need for innovative offshore strategic advisors, ANSR Source’s founders established the company in 2003 to assist multinational organizations with their globalization strategies. ANSR’s founding members had the combination of global operating experience, technical and industry backgrounds, and extensive international networks to both perceive the need for offshore expertise and to develop robust models to address it. Since our founding, ANSR Source has come to be recognized as a pioneer in establishing Captive centers for large US Corporations, including assisting with the set-up and management of 6 such centers in India in 2 years.

ANSR has a US presence in Dallas, Texas; Princeton, New Jersey; and Bangalore & Hyderabad to ensure seamlessly integrated service deliveries.
